Research

The QCS process commences with us conducting  a detailed site survey to ascertain what cleaning products are being used and where. Following this, we then speak with end-users and their management to gain a comprehensive understanding of any issues and/or concerns they may have. Similarly we meet with OH&S managers and environmentalists and discuss their issues and concerns.

Development

Having gained sufficient information and a detailed understanding of onsite issues and procedures, we meet with our specialist chemists to discuss the findings including specific customer requirements. When our chemists are confident they have a sound understanding and sufficient information, it is at this point in time we begin formulating a suitable product for testing.

Trial

When our chemists are confident they have formulated a product that exceeds customer requirements an exhaustive and detailed laboratory testing process begins. If successful, the ultimate test follows by the way of extensive field trials. During the field trials we seek involvement from future end-users and their managers, this ensures a hands on approach with accurate feed back in terms of the cleaning chemical performance.

Training and Education

We place a strong emphasis on providing ongoing quality training and education to all end-users. Initial training takes place through a cleaning chemical  familiarisation program to provide end-users a comprehensive understanding of the product and the appropriate handling methods before demonstrating correct application and rinsing methods. This  ensures cost effectiveness and provides a safe work environment.
